WHO WE ARE

A small team with a deeply human way of supporting people.

We believe support works best when people feel heard, respected and involved in the decisions that affect their lives. That means taking time to understand what matters to each participant — not simply fitting people into a standard service.

We work alongside participants, families and support networks to provide safe, respectful and consistent support guided by individual goals, routines, preferences, support plans and professional recommendations.

01We listen first.

Your voice, routines and preferences help shape the support.

02We support with respect.

Dignity, rights, wellbeing and choice are part of everyday practice.

03We grow with you.

Support can adapt as your goals, circumstances and needs change.

01
OUR MISSION

Safe, high-quality support built around the person.

At AccessAbility Support Services, our mission is to provide safe, high-quality and person-centred disability supports that promote independence, dignity, choice and control.

We support people with a range of needs, including those requiring complex and high-intensity daily supports and the implementation of behaviour support strategies. Our services are delivered by appropriately skilled workers and guided by each participant’s individual needs, goals, preferences, support plans and professional recommendations.

Through strong governance, effective risk management and continuous improvement, we strive to provide consistent and responsive support while safeguarding each participant’s rights, safety, wellbeing and quality of life.

02
OUR VISION

A future where disability is never a barrier to belonging.

Our vision is to create a future where people with disability, including those with complex and higher support needs, have the opportunity to live safely, independently and meaningfully within their homes and communities.

AccessAbility Support Services aims to be a trusted provider recognised for quality, safety, compassion, integrity and accountability — supporting people to feel confident in their choices, connected to their communities and empowered to achieve their goals and live the life they choose.
